Free Telematics Device Promotion - AU

1. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion ("Promotion") is open only to businesses located in Australia who are existing customers of Teletrac Navman, EROAD, Verizon Connect, Netstar, Mix Telematics, and Ctrack/Inseego (the "Competitors") and are new to Loopit ("Customer"). To be eligible, Customers must switch their service to Geotab. This promotion does not apply to existing Geotab customers.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion is valid from June 1, 2023, until June 30, 2023 (the "Promotion Period"), Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
3. PROMOTIONAL OFFER: Under this Promotion, eligible Customers will receive one (1) free Geotab telematics device for each vehicle switched from their current service provider and subscribed to Loopit. The offer applies only to vehicles transitioning from Competitors. Vehicles with no telematics or with telematics from a provider not listed above do not qualify for the Promotion.
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To participate, you must complete the Loopit sign-up process, confirming your switch to Geotab from one of the select providers within the Promotion Period. Upon successful sign-up and transition, the free telematics device will be assigned to your account for each vehicle subscribed through Loopit at no charge.
5. DOCUMENTATION: You may be asked to provide evidence of your existing contract with the Competitor, such as a copy of the contract, a recent invoice, or a signed written statement on your letterhead of service cancellation with the Competitor noting the total quantity of devices canceled.
6. DELIVERY: Delivery of the free telematics device will be arranged by Loopit and may take up to 30 days from the date of successful sign-up. Delivery terms will be confirmed upon successful sign-up.
7. TERMINATION: Loopit reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate this offer or any special pricing, either generally or for a specific customer, at any time, with up to thirty (30) calendar days prior written notice. If there is a breach of any of the provisions of this offer, in Loopit's sole discretion, it may also terminate the offer immediately.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS: Loopit may change these terms at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon their posting on the website.
9. GOVERNING LAW: This offer is governed by the laws of Australia.
