New monthly billing option and privacy policy inclusion to improve your subscriber relationship

We’re excited to announce that we have implemented new features to improve your onboarding experience and let subscribers have greater flexibility in their payments.

Monthly billing option available

Upon creating a vehicle subscription, you can now offer the monthly billing option for your subscribers.

Subscribers can even select the day of the month to have their payment processed. This is a great way for subscribers to forecast their finances by aligning their payment upon receiving their monthly income.

Incorporating your privacy policy

You can now include your company privacy policy in the onboarding page! Just simply:

1. Enter your privacy policy URL via the Subscription Settings page under the 'Additional Fees And Terms' tab.
2. Check the box via Account Information / Settings

Improved reporting with line item export

You can now export your data by exporting line items into a CSV. Improve your subscription performance with insights and deeper breakdowns of your best selling vehicles, make or models and monthly charges.

Make sure you have user permissions to use this feature, otherwise you can request access from your admin user!
