New notes functionality to keep track of all your subscription changes

With the latest updates, we're pleased to announce that we have implemented new features to provide you with more control and in the management of your subscriber's plans.

Never miss an event again

Whenever a change has been implemented to a subscriber’s subscription plan, Loopit will automatically create an event. You can view these events in the notes section of the subscription.

The ‘event’ includes details of the changes, including:

• the previous and new plan
• when the changes will take effect
• person responsible for making the change

All your manual notes, in one place

Manual notes are important in ensuring you stay on top of all the details of all subscribed plans. is missed. You can now view all your manual notes in one place with our new filtering option. Simply head over to the History tab and select 'Manually created notes' in the dropdown menu.
