The ability to dynamically manage the lifecycle and status of vehicles is at the core of any successful car subscription service.
In addition to our platform capabilities that enable you to manage your inventory and collect information about distance travelled with telematics integration; Loopit now lets you to view subscription history on vehicles with.
Being able to view subscription history on any vehicle means that you can now get a clearer understanding of who had subscribed the vehicle and when. This is particularly useful when it comes to assigning tolls and fines.
To access this, navigate to the Vehicles section and click on a vehicle. You will see a tab labelled Subscription History on the left. Subscription History will display a table of all subscriptions that this vehicle was subscribed to.
To help maximise the security of your car subscription business, Loopit now offers the ability to view a history of all the ID checks taken by any subscriber.
By displaying a list of all attempts a subscriber has taken when signing up through the Loopit sign up form; you can get a more robust overview on the level of customer risk.

When it comes to optimising your vehicle utilisation rate, a tactic that has proven useful for many subscription providers is to advertise a returning vehicle. This enables them to have their vehicle listed on their website at the earliest and capture any existing or new leads with that vehicle.
Loopit allows you to do this with speed without having to manually updating the vehicle status. You can now advertise the returning vehicle once you set the expected return date.
